COMPOST

Perhaps the most cherished aspect of our gardening practice lies within the compost. Using food scraps from local businesses in Northeast LA, we are able to supply a steady stream of carefully loved and tended compost for our clientele. Windrows are built up by layering vegetable scraps and coffee grounds with tree mulch, creating hot compost piles that are hand turned for several months. Excellent for fruit trees, roses and vegetable beds, our compost is full of mycorrhizal fungi and beneficial organisms that will bring life back into your soil.
