CALIFORNIA NATIVES

As guests on Gabrielino-Tongva land in Southern California, we prioritize planting California native plants in the landscapes that we design. By working with native plants we address many issues at once – water, habitat restoration and sense of place. We strive to creative endemic and low maintenance gardens to stabilize the land and attract native pollinators. Working with the seasons, we always plant in the cooler winter months and provide maintenance throughout the rest of the year.
